OPEN MIC SESSIONS WITH ANDY BRADSHAW
Fri & Sat 2pm - 5pm, Sun 1pm - 4pm (all at the Red Lion)
As always, the book for registration will open an hour before each session, so make sure to be there as the slots go like hot cakes.
To fit everyone in, slots are 12 minutes (no exceptions), this INCLUDES set up and set down time, so I ask everyone to have their instruments tuned and ready to play so we can plug you in and get you going as soon as possible. When finished, please vacate the stage area as quickly as is practicable.
If you are playing anything other than guitar(s), such as keyboards, which require more setting up, please let me know in advance.
We do have percussion, but, due to noise constraints this is limited to the use of cajons and hand-held jingly-jangly things.
Please do not bring extra backline amplification as this creates no end of problems getting it to sit in the mix. Where possible, please plug straight into DI so we can control the levels.
I know this sounds like a lot of "do's and don'ts", but it leads to an organised and efficiently run event which is fair to everybody.
ELECTRIC JAM SESSIONS WITH ROBIN BIBI BAND

Check in with Robin at either of the two Jam Sessions, drummers bring own sticks!
FOOD AND TRADE STANDS
No opportunities because everything takes place indoors in existing businesses such as pubs, restaurants etc.

Decisions are made in conjunction with promoters, venues, key assistants, and organisers of other festivals. Please do not approach venues directly, as this will jeopardise any future possible placements with the festival.
